When you place an order with me I will contact you to confirm that I have received both your order and payment.

You will be required to pay in full on purchase.

Your items will be delivered to the address stated on your original order.

Any loses or damage should be reported as soon as possible.

If you feel that the goods are not to your satisfaction you have the right to repair, replacement or ask for a reduction in price.

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of your purchase. I will refund in full within 14 days of acknowledgement of cancellation.

I use secure payment systems for online purchases. You can pay for your order by Paypal or Stripe. You can read more details on online payments in my Privacy Policy.

I have made every possible effort to make sure that the colours seen in the images on my site reflect those in my paintings and prints.

I am compliant with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and Consumer Rights Act 2015.

As soon as your order has been completed I will inform you of the despatch date.
